We have experienced technique on precision machining and own a lot of patens at this field to provide the duplication service of electroplate mold. This could be applied to different areas, such as rear projection TV, video wall, solar power concentration Fresnel, etc. We are capable of providing the service in-house from mold duplication to surface treatment.
We have the largest equipment for mold duplication, the thickness of mold is over 100um.
