We have experienced technique on precision machining and own a lot of patens at this field to provide the manufacturing service of Fresnel Lens. This could be applied to different products, such as brightness enhancement film (BEF), prism sheet, lenticular sheet with precision microstructure patterns. We are capable of providing the service in-house from precision machining to electroplate mold duplication
The accuracy of our facility can achieve to 0.1um.

Accuracy of X and Z axes: 0.0001mm
Accuracy of B axis: 0.001 degree
