Probright Technology Inc. has devoted its efforts in development and manufacturing of rear projection TV screen and digital optical screen for many years. With precision manufacturing equipment, experienced manufacturing process and several patents, Probright is capable of providing different types of Fresnel lens OEM services.

 

Fresnel lens is one of the key components for CPV(Concentration photovoltaic),CPT and TPV system.The Lens concentrate the sun light onto a small receiver(high performance solar cell), CPV generates more than 30% electricity than conventional PV(flat photovoltaic) with Silicone on Glass(SOG) technology.Furthermore, existing Concentration Lens is circular type. Probright can also provide the linear type to meet different customer’s demand.

Applications:

Solar concentrators are often mounted on a solar tracker in order to keep the focal point upon the cell as the sun moves across the sky. With the concentration of the sun light, the cells require high-capacity heat sinks to prevent thermal destruction.

HCPV is suitable for large-sized solar power plant and/or combination with parking lot and farm application. The desired locations for HCPV are those with abundant sunshine and dry weather.

Lens Construction

The Glasinel ^TM product series consists of two different type of material: Silicon on Glass and PMMA.

Design and Modeling

Our experienced optical design engineering team is able to provide needed optical simulation to suit customized demand. The short focal length version is currently under development.

Tooling and Molding

In house tooling design and manufacturing capability makes it flexible when it comes to changes and customization. The automatic machine for molding is currently under development.

Dimensions

Glasinel ^TM product series can currently provide single lens and 2 by 2 lens array. The 2 by 4, 4 by 4, and 4 by 6 lens array are currently under development stage. The standard size of single lens is 120mm by 120mm. Focal length is 200mm. Seamless combination can be provided to have minimal total size of module. Cu
